Residential Program Manager/Group Home Manager

Description

Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers, a leader in the field of brain injury rehabilitation, is seeking a career-minded individual for Residential Program Manager positions for our residential group homes in the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area and the Farmington/Farmington Hills area, serving clients who present medical and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities include managing all client and administrative systems within a given facility. Participates as a member of a resident client's treatment team to develop and implement specific care plans. Manages direct care workers within the facility. Ensures the integrity of all client and administrative systems. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, standards, policies, procedures and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2 years related experience
• Administrative experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in direction of client care
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to set and act on priorities
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills
• Excellent driving record
